WOW DecalZ are shipped via UPS Ground from the production facility in a protective cardboard tube or box. If you have not received your order in 10-14 days, you can call us at 1-877-969-7789.

Returns

Because of the customized nature of WOW DecalZ, items cannot be refunded. If your WOW Decal is damaged or defective, you can return it within 60 days of the delivery date and we will replace it. Please call us at 1-877-969-7789 and provide your order number or send an e-mail to info@wowdecalz.com.
