What are WOW DecalZ made of?

WOW DecalZ are printed on an industrial grade vinyl that sticks to virtually any flat surface until you want to move it to a new home. Just pull it off and put it up.

What are the dimensions of WOW DecalZ?

Sizes vary depending on the dimensions of your logo/design. Large WOW DecalZ are approximately 4’ wide x 3’ high. Medium WOW DecalZ are approximately 2’ wide x 1 1/2’ high. Small WOW DecalZ are approximately 1’ wide x 1’ high. The team name that comes with the Large Bonus is approximately 3’ wide x 3" high.

What is the print quality?

WOW DecalZ are a museum grade quality at high resolution using the latest equipment and the newest technology of inks, which resist fading in sunlight.

What if my WOW Decal gets wet?

No problem! We have ours on our cars. They love the snow too!

How do I install my WOW Decal?

Simply peel the decal off of the backing and place on any almost flat surface. Start from the bottom right corner and work your way up. Not too fast, you don’t want any air bubbles.

What if my WOW Decal is not sticking?

If there is lint, dirt or other particles on the back of your WOW Decal, it may not stick. Some people have said they cleaned their WOW Decal with rubbing alcohol and a microfiber towel. If you just got your WOW Decal and it will not stick to the surface or wall, try another. They do not like fine grit, brick etc. If you believe you have received a defective product, send an email to info@wowsportz.com

Where can I put my WOW Decal?

You can put your WOW Decal on any almost flat surface. It can be used indoors or outdoors and can be removed again and again, so you can put it wherever you are. Suggestions: Bedroom, Den, Game Room, Office, Locker Room, Gym Wall, Conference Room, Car Window, Locker, Notebooks, Ceiling, or anywhere you can think of.

Will WOW DecalZ damage the wall?

As long as you start off with a good solid surface, No. WOW DecalZ will not damage your surface; we have even put them on regular paper. The special low-tack adhesive does not leave any residue or markings.

How do I transport my WOW Decal?

It is best if you keep the backing and packaging that came with your WOW Decal to transport them. You do not want to fold your WOW Decal or it will cause creases.

How is my WOW Decal shipped?

Your WOW DecalZ are shipped in a protective cardboard tube or box.

How long will it take to receive my WOW Decal?

Your WOW Decal should arrive within 10-14 business days.

How do I track my order?

If you have not received your order in 10 -14 days, you can call us at 1-877-969-7789. In the future, you will be able to log into MY ACCOUNT and click on Order Status.

Can I return my WOW Decal?

Because of the customized nature of WOW DecalZ, items cannot be refunded. If your WOW Decal is damaged or defective, you can return it within 60 days of the delivery date and we will replace it. Please call us at 1-877-969-7789 and provide your order number.
